A Year in Review: Client Wins for 2022

What a whirlwind 2022 has been! Our team at Turnkey has helped a virtual cornucopia of clients with various challenges this year, so we want to reflect on some of our projects and share a peek behind the curtain.
Social good organizations wrestle with several types of challenges. We think of organizations as having three pillars: strategy, humans, and community/organizational readiness. All three need to be in sync for good things to happen. Here are some examples of organizations we helped with one or more of those three pillars in 2022.
The Strategy: It all starts with knowing where you are going and what needs to happen to get there. Some of our projects this year were with organizations making significant strides to achieve their missions. Looking at you, Stop Soldier Suicide, Colorectal Cancer Alliance, Clean Air Task Force, ZERO the End of Prostate Cancer, National Foundation to End Child Abuse and Neglect, and the ALS Association.
The Humans: Next up, you need the right humans in the right roles to execute your plan, and Turnkey helped several organizations on this front in 2022. Clients needed different services, like interim staffing, one-to-one coaching, thought partnership, even placements (yes, we’re a staffing agency). Giving a shout out to HelpMeSee, Colorectal Cancer Alliance, USA for UNHCR, Melanoma Research Alliance, Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, and Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
Community Readiness: This pillar is where the tactics and execution of the strategy come together. This past year, Turnkey provided tools and systems analytics, portfolio assessments, event and conference execution, and content for building community.
We see you over there, gathering momentum heading into 2023! Flatbush Cats, HelpMeSee, Charity Navigator, Central American Training Foundation, National Hemophilia Foundation, Epilepsy Foundation of America, GoodUnited, and Children’s Heart Foundation.

Thanks to all; it’s an honor to work with you. Your trust in our team humbles us. Cheers to a beautiful wrap to a beautiful year!
