Meet the Turnkey Team

If you’ve ever attended a Turnkey facilitated event, you’ll know we do not give advice. We share experiences. We’ve also turned that mantra into how we do things in our consulting work with clients. To be a great consulting company, we must have talented consultants with a wide array of experience and the ability to solve almost any kind of problem.

This past year has been action-packed. We have expanded our impact with consultants from every corner of the non-profit industry. We’ve worked with clients in HR departments, Development, Mission Advancement, Digital Engagement, Innovation, Finance, Operations, and more. If a team exists, we helped them this year.

That can make talking about what we do at Turnkey hard, but if you have a challenge, we can place a consultant or a team of consultants to help your organization work through it and find a solution.

It is my honor to share our amazing cadre of consultants and the expertise they bring with our new Meet the Team series on LinkedIn. In the meantime, here is a quick highlight reel:

  • Helping with boards and strategic plan development: DJ Hampton

  • Converting digitally acquired donors (including Facebook) into End-of-Year donors: Kris Eschman, Otis Fulton

  • Supporting peer-to-peer teams and recalibrating volunteer strategies post-pandemic: Anne Marie Forbes

  • Strategizing and guiding new teams, using his committee-building superpowers, and launching direct mail campaigns: Jamie Devlin

  • Helping teams in transition and supporting successful galas: Mark Edmiaston

  • Writing some exceptional grants and providing cases for support strategy: Karissa Pearlstone

  • Providing top-caliber executive coaching and thought partnership: Katrina VanHuss, Adonia Calhoun Coates

  • Helping to build out a new peer-to-peer toolkit for a federated organization new in the space: Robin Peeples

  • Assisting in the placement of C-suite team members in recruitment engagements: Kelly Russo

Be sure to follow Turnkey on LinkedIn to get to know our team and the impact we’ll be making in the new year. If you don’t want to wait to learn more about how we can help you, contact me at kate@turnkeyforgood.com
